Chihiro II is in charge of technology development in the fields of water purification technology and wastewater treatment, and has 30 years of experience at Panasonic. He has been involved in water-related work for many years, as basic research, product development and engineering. He is currently in charge of developing sanitary devices for Panasonic Corporation, Living Appliances and Solutions Company.
Kenichiro Inagaki
Chief Engineer
Kenichiro Inagaki has more than 17 years of research and development experience in Panasonic corporation. His research and development has mainly focused on mechanical system and its applications especially for Panasonic Corporation, Living Appliances and Solutions Company. He is now in charge of development of ozone water device for sanitary.
Naotsugu Koashi
IP Senior Expert
Naotsugu KOASHI has 16-year experience in Panasonic's intellectual property business in the fields of cogeneration systems, IoT and other technologies. He has been involved in intellectual property incubation activities from the basic research stage to the business growth stage. He holds master's degree in engineering from Kyoto University. He is in charge of new business areas in Panasonic Corporation.
Jumpei HARADA
Deputy Manager
Jumpei HARADA has 9-year experience of intellectual property field in Panasonic. He was transferred to Panasonic R&D Center Singapore from April 2019 and started open innovation activity in Southeast Asia region. After launching Panasonic Deep Tech Innovation Challenge in Apr 2020, He is collaborating with ACE closely. He holds master's degree in engineering from Kyoto University and registered as a patent attorney of Japan.

Gaius Yao Huang Wee
Senior Staff Engineer
Gaius Wee has more than 12 years of experience as an R&D Engineer with Wireless Team at Panasonic R&D Center Singapore, which he joined in 2009. He has been actively engaging in the research and development of millimeter-wave wireless communication technologies and solutions and is currently involved in research on next-generation V2X communication based on millimeter-wave technology. He received his B.E degree in electrical and electronic engineering from the University of Adelaide, in 2006.
Michael Sim Hong Cheng
Senior R&D Manager
Michael SIM has more than 22 years of research and development experience in Panasonic corporation. His research focuses mainly on wireless communication and sensing technologies, and its applications. He is now leading the Wireless Team in Panasonic R&D Center Singapore contributing to next-generation 5G and Wi-Fi standards and innovations of wireless tech with AI for Panasonic businesses. He holds a bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from Nanyang Technological University in Singapore.
Hiroyuki Motozuka
Staff IP Engineer
Hiroyuki Motozuka has more than 20 years of R&D experience in wireless communication at Panasonic. He has been involved in the development of millimeter wave wireless LAN technologies and solutions and the standardization of wireless LAN technologies in IEEE802.11, including IEEE802.11ay next-gen 60 GHz and IEEE802.11bd next-gen V2X. He received the IEEE802.11ay major contributor award in 2021. He is currently with Panasonic IP management Co., Ltd, and engaging in research and development of wireless communication systems, solutions and standards. He received his B.E and M.E degrees in communication engineering from Tohoku University, Miyagi, Japan.
Yoshinori Nakagawa
IP Senior Expert
Yoshinori Nakagawa is an IP Senior Expert at Panasonic IP Management. Since joining in 2004, Mr. Nakagawa has handled countless IP matters; including acquisitions, licensing, technology transfers, and infringement actions. Throughout his career, Mr. Nakagawa has actively monetized IP through licenses and other transactions involving large patent portfolios in the field of semiconductor, display, and wireless communication devices. Currently, Mr. Nakagawa leverages his experience to develop creative business solutions utilizing Panasonic’s wide range of IP.
